Checklist for Move Out Cleaning

Make sure you review what is included in our Move Out Cleaning before you book our services.

  1. Ventilation: Ensure proper airflow in every room.
  2. Dust All Surfaces: Thoroughly remove dust from all accessible surfaces, including moldings, door frames, knobs, lighting fixtures, and furniture.
  3. Electrical Socket Care: Wipe down electrical sockets, windowsills, appliances, and any exposed surfaces.
  4. Mirror and Glass Cleaning: Clean and polish mirrors and glass surfaces (excluding windows unless requested).
  5. Floor Care: Mop and dry the floors to leave them spotless.
  6. Element Cleaning: Clean various fixtures and elements throughout the space.
  7. Door and Handle Detailing: Cleaning doors and door handles.
  8. Wall Dusting: Dusting of walls.
  9. Wardrobe Cleaning: Clean inside, outside, and the tops of wardrobes.

In the kitchen, we go above and beyond with these additional steps:

  1. Tile Care: Clean and protect tiles or grout as needed.
  2. Sink and Faucet: Thoroughly cleaning the sink and faucet.
  3. Countertop Care: Ensure the sink area and worktops are immaculate.
  4. Stove Cleaning: Clean the entire stove, inside and out.
  5. Oven Detailing: Deep clean the inside of the oven.
  6. Cleaning the inside & outside of the fridge & freezer
  7. Cabinet Tops: Cleaning the dust and grime on top of kitchen cabinets.
  8. Cabinet Interiors: Clean inside all kitchen cupboards and cutlery drawers.
  9. Cabinet Doors: Cleaning the cabinet doors and handles.
  10. Microwave Oven: Clean inside and out of the integrated microwave oven.
  11. Appliance Care: Wipe down the exterior of the fridge and freezer, as well as wiping inside the dishwasher and its outer frame.
  12. Kitchen Hood Cleaning: Clean kitchen hoods (excluding carbon fiber hoods).

In the bathroom, our meticulous approach includes:

  1. Sink and Faucet: Clean and polish the sink and faucet.
  2. Mirror Care: Ensure the bathroom mirror is spotless.

  4. Bathtub Care: Address cleanliness in and around the bathtub.

  6. Toilet Cleaning: Thoroughly clean the entire toilet seat.

  8. Pipe and Shower Head Polishing: Polish visible pipes and the shower head.
  9. Countertop and Surface Care: Clean all worktops and free surfaces.
  10. Cabinet Cleaning: Address exterior cleanliness of all cabinets.
  11. Appliance Dry-Down: Dry the washing machine and dryer.

In the hallway, we offer these additional services:

Checklist for Home Cleaning

Make sure you review what is included in our Regular Home Cleaning before you book our services.

  1. Floor Care: Vacuuming floors, including moldings, electrical outlets, elements, carpets, and upholstered furniture.
  2. Floor Cleanliness: Damp mopping of floors or alternative cleaning methods as per agreement.
  3. Door and Frame Wiping: Wiping down doors and accessible door frames.
  4. Window Sill and Surface Dusting: Dusting and drying of windowsills and other accessible surfaces.
  5. Light Fixture and Shelf Dusting: Dusting lamps, shelves, and picture frames within reach.
  6. Mirror Polishing: Polishing mirrors to a streak-free shine.
  7. Bed Making: Preparing beds neatly.
  8. Trash Can Emptying: Emptying trash cans.

In the kitchen, we go the extra mile with these tasks:

  1. Sink and Counter Cleaning: Thoroughly cleaning the sink, kitchen counter, stove, and the wall behind the stove.
  2. Microwave Oven Exterior: Cleaning the external surface of the microwave oven.
  3. Fridge and Freezer Care: Cleaning the outside of the fridge, freezer, and around their frames.
  4. Dishwasher Cleaning: Cleaning the exterior of the dishwasher and its frame.
  5. Kitchen Hood Care: Cleaning the exterior of the kitchen hood.

  1. Airing: Ensure proper ventilation in every room.
  2. Dust All Surfaces: Thoroughly dust all accessible surfaces, including moldings, door frames, door handles, lamps, and furniture.
  3. Wall Dusting: Dust off walls.
  4. Electrical Socket Care: Wipe down electrical sockets, windowsills, appliances, and free surfaces.
  5. Mirror and Glass Cleaning: Clean mirrors and glass panels (excluding windows unless requested).
  6. Electronics Care: Carefully dust electronics, e.g., around TV but not screens.
  7. Floor Vacuuming: Vacuum floors and carpets, including under furniture.
  8. Floor Mopping: Mop and wet-dry floors.
  9. Trash Can Emptying: Empty trash cans.
  10. Mirror Polishing: Polish mirrors.

In the bedroom, we perform these additional tasks:

  1. Making the bed neatly.
  2. Change of bed linen (if clean sheets are available).
  3. Headboard and Furniture Dusting: Dusting the headboard and all surfaces and furniture.
  4. Vacuum furniture (excluding the bed) and around bedside tables.
  5. Vacuuming beneath the bed.

In the kitchen, we go above and beyond with these additional steps:

  1. Clean tiles and/or apply stain protection.
  2. Sink and Faucet Care: Clean and polish the entire sink and faucet.
  3. Cabinet Detailing: Clean all cabinet doors and handles.
  4. Appliance Cleaning: Clean the outside of the microwave oven, outside of the fridge & freezer, outside of the dishwasher, and around the frame.
  5. Bin Maintenance: Empty and clean the bin.
  6. Kitchen Utensil Care: Clean kitchen utensils and other independent kitchen appliances (e.g., toaster, coffee maker).
  7. Kitchen Hood Care: Clean the outside of the kitchen hood.

In the bathroom, we perform these cleaning tasks:

  1. Sink and Faucet Care: Clean the sink and polish the faucet.
  2. Mirror Cleaning: Clean the bathroom mirror.
