Move Time ~ Your Helper in Need!

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Our Service.

Interpretation and Definitions


The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.


For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

Application means the software program provided by the Company downloaded by You on any electronic device, named “Move Time”

Application Store means the digital distribution service operated and developed by Apple Inc. (Apple App Store) or Google Inc. (Google Play Store) in which the Application has been downloaded.

Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by or is under common control with a party, where “control” means ownership of 50% or more of the shares, equity interest or other securities entitled to vote for election of directors or other managing authority.

Country refers to: Sweden.

Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Move Time, Stockholm, Sweden.

Customers refer to registered Users of the Move Time platform where they post advertisements for ordering services from the Helpers using Move Time Platform.

Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.

Helpers refers to registered Users that provide the various Services to the Customers on the basis of these mentioned terms and conditions in the form of an advertisement on Move Time platform.

Service refers to the Application “Move Time” and the website “movetime.se”.

Terms and Conditions (also referred as “Terms of Use”) mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Service.

Third-party Social Media Service means any services or content (including data, information, products or services) provided by a third-party that may be displayed, included or made available by the Service.

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.


These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between You and the Company. These Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the Service.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If You disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions then You may not access the Service.

You represent that you are over the age of 18. The Company does not permit those under 18 to use the Service.

Your access to and use of the Service is also conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with the Privacy Policy of the Company. Our Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your personal information when You use the Application or the Website and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You. Please read Our Privacy Policy carefully before using Our Service.

General Clarification of the Service and Enrollment

Move Time offers You access to the Service through registration in its app “Move Time” available on the Application Stores i.e., Apple App Store and Google Play Store. You can use the Service by posting advertisements in the App for needed services and responding to advertisements along with performing the advertised tasks. The services that can be posted in Move Time App are moving services, pickup and deliver services, packing services, helping services, cleaning services and recycling & donation services. 

Whenever You respond to an advertisement using the Service and are selected to perform an advertised task, you are considered a “Helper” to the advertisement posted customer. There are four categories of helpers to Move Time App, namely “driver” for moving, pickup and deliver, recycling and donation services, “packer” for packing services, “handyman” for helping services and “cleaner” for cleaning services. To apply as a Helper in any of these categories, register in the App as a Helper. It must be clearly understood that no employment agreement nor an employment relationship has been or will be established between Move Time and any Helper. Helpers do not act as employees, agents, suppliers, workers or representatives of Move Time and are not authorized to enter into any agreement on behalf of Move Time.

In order to enter into an agreement about the Service and to register as a User of the Service, you must be at least 18 years old or have reached the age at which you have legal capacity according to the applicable law.

Only natural persons can register as users of the Service via the App. For legal entities that want to use the Service as a Helper, special conditions apply and registration can be done by contacting Move Time at info@movetime.se  

The Service is not provided to persons who have violated these terms, previous versions of Move Time’s terms, other terms provided by Move Time or applicable laws and/or regulations.

Move Time reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to block access to the Service for users who use or have used the Service in violation of these Terms of Use, applicable law, or in a manner that is otherwise unacceptable to Move Time.

Intellectual Property Rights

All the content on the Website and in the App, that includes the layout, design of the Website or App, is protected by copyrights, trademark, patents and other intellectual rights. All content on the Website and App are the exclusive property of Move Time.

It is strictly prohibited to copy, reproduce, publish, upload or distribute content/property/design or information from the Website or the App without company Move Time’s prior written consent.

It is advised to always request permission before linking to the Website, due to linking to the Website may mean that You are making the content You link publicly available. It is acceptable to link to the Website’s homepage if the link entirely directs the visitor to the Website in the same or another browser window, only if they are complete  specific browser windows.

Any unauthorized use of Move Time’s intellectual property rights may result in liability and/or criminal liability.

“AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” Disclaimer

The Service is provided by Move Time “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”. Move Time reserves the right to change and modify the Service without prior notice to You as a user. Without limitation to the foregoing, the Company provides no warranty or undertaking, and makes no representation of any kind that the Service will meet Your requirements, achieve any intended results, be compatible or work with any other software, applications, systems or services, operate without interruption, meet any performance or reliability standards or be error free or that any errors or defects can or will be corrected.

Move Time does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to the Service or its availability in any way. The operation of the Website and/or App may be disrupted by many external factors beyond Move Time’s control.

The service is primarily a marketplace for posting advertisements. Move Time has no control over, or does not participate in, the transactions between the users of the Service, i.e. between the Customer and the Helper. You should not assume that an offer is valid or legal simply because it appears on the Website or in the App.

Move Time takes no responsibility and cannot be held liable for damages due to non-delivery or delayed responses to advertisements, or due to inaccurate or incorrect information or conversations in connection with an advertisement. Move Time takes no responsibility and cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses or costs directly or indirectly caused by your use of the Website or the App or your inability to use the Website or the App.  

Without limiting the foregoing, neither the Company nor any of the company’s provider makes any representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied:

  1. as to the operation or availability of the Service, or the information, content, and materials included thereon;
  2. that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free;
  3. as to the accuracy, reliability, or currency of any information or content provided through the Service; or
  4. that the Service, its servers, the content, or e-mails sent from or on behalf of the Company are free of viruses, scripts, trojan horses, worms, malware, timebombs or other harmful components.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain types of warranties or limitations on applicable statutory rights of a consumer, so some or all of the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to You. But in such a case the exclusions and limitations set forth in this section shall be applied to the greatest extent enforceable under applicable law. The provisions of the terms of use shall not limit Move Time’s liability in the event of Move Times intent  or gross negligence or under mandatory law.

Move Time reserves the right to completely or partially cease the provision of the Service due to changes in legislation or due to a decision by a state or municipal authority.

User-Generated Content (UGC)

User-generated content is all the content that a user of the Service creates and/or uploads to the Website or App, it can e.g., be photos, videos, reviews, testimonials, and texts for advertisements (” User Generated Content “). Move Time does not claim ownership of the User Generated Content.

When You use the Service, You warrant that You have the necessary rights to the User-Generated Content, either by creating it Yourself (whether it is, for example, an image, a photo or an advertisement text) or that anyone who has been involved in the creation of the Content has granted You permission to use the User Generated Content on the Website or in the App in accordance with the “Terms of Use” or “Terms and Conditions”. You hereby waive any claims for compensation from Move Time for Move Time’s use of the User Generated Content.

General Users Responsibility

You, who is a User of the Service, are responsible for ensuring that your registered personal data (first name and last name) are correct and that they correspond to the information registered in the relevant state register, e.g., the national registration register  or equivalent. It is only acceptable to have one account per User of Move Time.

Only You who have registered as a user with Move Time can perform tasks or advertise based on the registered account. It is not allowed to let another person use your Move Time account. You agree to ensure that no other person can access your Move Time account or use the Service on your behalf. If you have reason to suspect that someone unauthorized has access to your account in Move Time, you undertake  to contact us immediately so that we can block your account pending investigation.

Upon suspicious activity, if the Company suspects that your account is being used by someone else other than yourself, the company Move Time has the right to suspend you from using the Service until further notice and without prior notice.

Users agree to not use the Move Time-Services in bad faith, or use the Move Time for any illegal activity, or for the transportation of any illegal or dangerous goods. You as a User must not decompile, reverse engineer, or in any other manner attempt to obtain the source code to the software of the Move Time platform (“Software”), neither modify the Software in any manner or form or to use any modified versions of the Software. Users must not transmit files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other programs that may damage or adversely affect the operations on Move Time Platform and nor attempts to gain unauthorized access to the Move Time Service Platform.

Move Time’s Chatting Service

You, as a User, who uses messaging service in Move Time, You can send and receive messages if You have an account on Move Time. The messages that you have sent to or received from other users are thus collected in your user account for your currently active ads. Please note that you must have a Move Time user account in order to send messages and read messages sent to you by other users. While using the messaging service, your complete name entered in Move Time upon registration of your account is displayed to the other Users whom you are sending or receiving messages from.

We expect all Our Users to comply within ethical behavior in all terms while using Move Time Platform. All Users must use decent tone and convey a pleasant User behavior. Therefore, it is forbidden to:

  1. Act in an aggressive manner against anybody in Move Time’s messaging service;
  2. Using Move Time’s chat feature to commit criminal, dishonest, or destructive activities;
  3. Abuse Move Time’s messaging service, such as by sending spam or other unwanted messages;
  4. Request or recommend a payment amount other than that specified in the current Move Time advertisement;
  5. Request or suggest a payment method other than the payment mechanism integrated into Move Time’s Platform.

Messages containing inappropriate or unlawful material may be filtered, deleted, or stopped by Move Time. Additionally, Move Time has the right to suspend publishing or remove any content that we think to be in violation of our terms of service or the relevant laws.

Community Guidelines

Move Time encourages the sharing of Users’ photos, advertisement texts, etc. Advertisements that We feel are offensive, inappropriate or not otherwise keeping up with the spirit of the Service, such as advertising, spam, ads that are off-topic, or contain vulgar language, ads that may violate the rights of others or violate any of Move Time’s terms of use may be removed immediately, without any prior notice. Move Time reserves the right to block the User upon violation of these terms.

Policies for Helpers

You, who are a Helper, are strictly prohibited to use the Move Time Service to professionally carry out tasks. It is your responsibility to make sure that the tasks you complete as a Helper through the Service are not so massive or time-consuming that they qualify as professional or commercial activity.

You, who are a Helper, are not allowed to request or recommend a payment amount other than that specified in the current Move Time advertisement neither make a request nor suggest a payment method other than the payment mechanism integrated into Move Time’s Platform.

Upon suspicious activity of your account being involved in such aforementioned situations, Move Time reserves the right to suspend your account and revoke your access to its Service until further notice and without notice.

Collection of Waste from Households as a Helper

You, who are a Helper, who collects waste or items from households that need to be recycled are held responsible for  and be obliged to make sure the waste is sorted, transported and left at the recycling center or at another location specified by the local or municipal cleaner or if any equivalent unit. It is up to You to carry, transport and dispose the waste or items at the recycling center in the relevant municipality. When disposing of waste intended for recycling, the Helper collecting the waste must follow the waste disposal instructions provided at the relevant recycling site.  

Move Time considers Helpers as private individual persons and thus in Sweden you can leave waste free of charge provided that you leave the waste in the regions/municipalities where you collected from. If You who are a Helper own a foreign-registered vehicle or has a light truck type and registered to a company, You may be need to pay a fee for your visit to the recycling center. It is You as a Helper, your responsibility to follow and keep yourself informed about local rules for foreign-registered and company-registered vehicles.

Regulations for Advertising

You, who are the User of the Service, must agree that You are fully responsible for the content that you post or submit. All advertisements are subject to Move Time’s approval. Move Time reserves the full right to reject any advertisement, at any time, for any reason whatsoever (including, but not limited to, any placement thereof may subject Move Time to criminal or civil liability).

The Users must agree that they will not post any content that:

  • is defamatory, obscene or abusive.
  • is otherwise inappropriate.
  • includes any advertising of containers for compressed gas.
  • includes any advertising of tobacco, alcohol, gambling activities.
  • includes any advertising of any animals or animal carcasses.
  • includes any advertising of ammunition.
  • includes any advertising of food waste.
  • includes any advertising of unreliable or unrealistic offers. If this is found in any ad, Move Time reserves the right to remove an ad and terminate any ongoing move.
  • includes any advertising of  goods or services that are considered illegal under local law. Abuse can be reported to the police.
  • includes any advertising of goods or materials that are considered dangerous to health.

You, who are using the Service as a Customer, and posting ads on Move Time’s platform must never deal with any Helper outside the platform nor pay higher compensation for an assignment performed in the Service than that is specified in the posted ad. If in any case, a Helper has to pay a fee (not stated in the ad) or perform necessary purchases or expenses (not stated in the ad) as part of the performance of the task in the Service, this must be paid by the Customer who posted the ad, outside the Platform.

The Customer who posts the ad, is permitted to not combine more content to an advertisement after the ad has been published on the Platform. If there is a need for this, a separate ad must be posted on the platform.

In the case of Recycling & Donation Services offered by Move Time, the Customer has the liability to publish in the correct Services category and mention accurately, completely and clearly in the ad if picked items are to be left at the recycling center the sorting type of the items. If in any case, the Helper is levied a fee upon delivery to the recycling center because of the inaccurate or incomplete information provided in the ad, this shall result in the responsibility of the Customer who posted the ad and the applicable fee to be paid by the Customer.

Declaration of Tax and Information on VAT

Users of the Service have the obligation to fully comply with the entire tax responsibilities that may arise in relation to any Services of the Platform, which may include paying income tax, social security tax or any other tax that is applicable on the Users. The Users must also fulfill all employee and tax registration obligations as required by the applicable law in Sweden.

In any case, if any Helper has not been paying the income tax and social tax on their own behalf, each Helper undertakes to compensate Move Time of all the costs that have been incurred by Move Time owing to applicable tax regulations in Sweden.

You, as Users of the Service, are held responsible for declaring Your income to the tax authority or the equivalent, and the declarations to be corrected are Your responsibility. You as Users are liable for any tax consequences e.g., the payment of tax and fees including social security contributions, that might arise due to the use of the Service, whose payment responsibility is definitely Yours. Users must undertake to keep well informed about the tax legislation in force in Sweden, if any current applicable limits exist, and any obligations and information to report to your local tax authority.

For additional information on tax-related concerns, it is advised to contact Your local tax office or equivalent.

The Connection Amongst Users

In case of any breach of contract or damages that any User may cause according to the terms entered into by and between the Users when using the Service, Move Time cannot be held responsible, neither Move Time acts as any party to the agreement between Customer and Helper. Users become liable to the obligations of the applicable local regulations between You and the other Users of the Service.

Payments Handling

The Customers have preference to set any price for each requested Services through the advertisement. Move Time calculates the payment and may recommend any payment for the required Service depending upon some adjoining aspects. The Customers can send payments for all the services provided by the Platform i.e., pickup services, delivery services, purchase, cleaning services, packing services, helping services or moving of the advertised items on the Platform. Once the advertisement is reviewed by Move Time and successfully published on the Platform, each Helper is open to accept or decline any advertisement on the Platform.

Move Time charges the Customers an administration fee to cover a section of Move Time’s operating costs for each advertisement published on the Platform. Once the tasks mentioned in the advertisement are confirmed as completed, the administration fee will only be charged then.

Move Time charges a transaction fee for each correspondence of Service agreement between Helper and Customer registered through the Move Time Platform. This fee is a specific percentage of deduction from the fee paid by Customer to the Helper for required Service using the Move Time Platform. The percentage of this fee is set individually for each Helper and may vary up to 25%. This transaction fee is subtracted from the payment the Helper receives from the Customer, after which the Helper keeps the remaining amount.

Move Time uses third-party provider Stripe Inc. for all payments of its Services and all Users are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement https://stripe.com/en-se/connect-account/legal and the Stripe Services Agreement https://stripe.com/en-se/legal . The Users can use this payment service to send and receive payments to and from Move Time using Stripe Inc. By accepting these Terms of Service or by continuing to use the Move Time Platform Service and You are also obliged by Stripe’s Terms and Conditions as amended by Stripe from time to time. You must provide accurate, complete and updated information as offered by Move Time and You must authorize Stripe to share information as well as transaction information, if any, related to the payment processing services provided by itself Stripe.

The Helpers can receive their payments in their bank account provided in their Profile while registration. It is responsibility of Helper to keep the information updated and accurate. The payment to Helper’s registered bank account is only activated when Helper has executed the assignment and the assignment is marked completed.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company “Move Time” or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service, third-party software and/or third-party hardware used with the Service, or otherwise in connection with any provision of this Terms), even if the Company or any supplier has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if the remedy fails of its essential purpose.

Cancellation of Service Order

Cancellation requests can only be made via email to our company. Customers may cancel their requested services with our company no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled service date. Any cancellations made within this 48-hour window before the service start date will result in the following terms:

1. Cancellation within 48 Hours of Service:
Customers cannot cancel services within 48 hours of the scheduled service start time. In such cases, our staff will proceed with the service, and any expenses incurred will be the responsibility of the customer. The invoice generated for the service will remain valid, and the customer is liable to pay the agreed-upon amount as per the invoice.

2. Advance Payment:
If a customer cancels their service order before 48 hours of the scheduled service date, the advance payment made by the customer will not be refunded. If the issued invoice has a payment plan for the remaining payment to be collected, that payment must be paid by the customer within a period of 1 month. It is liability of the customer to schedule the booking within 30 days of time and clear the dues. However, if the invoice does not include a payment plan, the remaining service charges payment will not be due from the customer in this circumstance.

Governing Law

The laws of the Country, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern this Terms and Your use of the Service. Your use of the Application may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.

Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Except as provided herein with the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under these Terms shall not effect a party’s ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter nor shall the waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.

Move Time reserves the right to review all the advertisements in the Platform published or completed in order to process the payment to the Helper. If Move Time detects doubt of abuse, then Move Time has the right to deny access to User involved in any suspicion activity on Move Time Platform.

Translation Interpretation

These Terms and Conditions may have been translated if We have made them available to You on our Service. You agree that the original English text shall prevail in the case of a dispute.


Move Time may terminate or suspend Your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions. If you do not comply with these terms, Move Time will treat any non-compliance as a serious issue and may take any action that We consider appropriate. This may include,

  • the temporary or permanent suspension of Your access to the Service; or
  • taking any legal action against you, probably to recover any financial loss that We have suffered as a result of Your actions.

Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any added terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use Our Service after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms. If You do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service. You terminate your agreement with the Company by terminating your account at the Company.

Personal Data

Move Time processes your personal data in accordance with our current Privacy Policy. It is advised to keep up to date with our Privacy Policy.

Right of Withdrawal

You are aware that there is no right of withdrawal if you take part in or start using the Service. However, this does not limit any changes that you wish to make to the services advertised and to be performed between users of the Service.

Disputes Resolution

If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company.

Questions & Feedback

You are always welcome to contact us if you have questions about the Service or your experience of the Service. We read, investigate and evaluate and answer all incoming questions. We also keep you updated on the status and progress of your case, via email or chat. You can, of course, give us additional information at any time or contact us if you have further questions regarding your case.

Applicable law and dispute resolution

Swedish law shall be applied to these terms and disputes shall be settled in a Swedish court.
